Earlier this month I posted my first video blog in which I promised we would turn the camera on ourselves more often this year, and so we have.

Below is a video we made earlier this month about our newest technology in the office, TELUS Business Connect, a new Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP telephone service.  It offers all the features you would expect of a business phone system, and a bunch you would not.  In this video we are testing call flip, it turns out it is a great way to make sure you can provide your customers with great customer service.

Now, full disclosure here, TELUS is a client, and they have been for a long time, so this video is intended less as an endorsement of the service (although it is great) and more as an example of how we are investing in tools, traditional and otherwise, to ensure we can offer great service to our clients.
